I am a part-time, fully insured instructor for TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol & Food Safety.

My goal is to provide training and knowledge to benefit the safety of the establishment and the community in Alcohol and Food Safety Service.

All of my classes focus on real-life situations as well as up-to-date state and local alcohol laws and regulations.

​Any establishment that serves alcohol should have its staff trained in responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol. My co-trainers (if over 35 individuals) and I teach staff how to know if a patron has had too much to drink and how to deal with drunk customers. It helps protect the establishments employees, patrons and owner from potential lawsuits stemming from alcohol related accidents.

  • The ServSafe Food Handler Program is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. The program covers five key areas:

ServSafe Alcohol® Training & Exam = 4 hour class

  • Books are given out the day of the class with a scantron answer sheet. Proctored test will be given at the end of the class
